Going into the last week of the season it looked as if ECC B might just snatch the title, but in the end they had to be content with the Runners-Up spot.

Using mostly just the 3 players ECC L put together a tremendous
second half of the season to snatch the Div 5 title right at the last.

having led for most of the season.

ECC F, Roy Haffield, Hud Hoste and John Darling, who stopped OC's B from getting the 4 points they needed in the final match of the season for an outright win of Div 3.

Dave Richardson, Ivan Chaplin and new recruit Adrian Verussio of EEV A. They fought hard to avoid relegation from Div 1 but it was always going to be a tough call after losing their leading player Glenn Johnson just a few weeks into the season.
