The Finals of the six KO Cup competitions provided a fitting climax to the Millennium Season. None more so than the Men's KO Cup Final, the last event and superb sport.
Below you will find pictures of all the players that featured in these finals.
And you will hardly be surprised to find that a number of them feature as winners elsewhere this season. Reports on the Cup matches can be found through "KO Cup" on the Press Reports page.

The Handicap KO Cup, the League's most popular cup competition,
featured teams from division 2 and 3 in the final.
It proved to be one of the most decisive finals with Baddow Village winning 5:1.
The picture shows; Neil Gooday, Alastair Piper and Adrian Pitt of Baddow Village.
League President Norman Smith, Umpire and trophy presenter.
Brian Cook, Trevor Carter and Gary Ward of Writtle

It was hardly surprising that the 6 Down KO Cup featured the top two teams from division 6.
But this time Old Chelmsfordians were able to turn the tables on the division champions
from Danbury and ran out 5:4 winners in an excellent match.
The picture shows; Stuart Wintle, John Macfarlane and Gerrard Esser of OC's,
Umpire and trophy presenter, Competitions Secretary Margaret Spurgeon,
Norman Hayes, John Skuse and Ray Beckwith of Danbury.

Across town and also on Tuesday evening the teams that finished second and third
in division 4 met in the 4 Down KO Cup Final.
And again it was the underdogs who triumphed.
ECC running out 5:4 winners over Danbury in a cracking final.
The picture shows; Nick Duce, Richard Allen and Paul Durrands of Danbury.
Umpire and trophy presenter League General Secretary Ivan Hiskey,
Gary Copsey, Paul Chinnery and Russell Forde of ECC.

The Veterans KO Cup Final was literally an all Danbury affair.
Two Danbury teams, played at Danbury and a Danbury official.
The picture shows: Norman Smith, Herbie Smith and Peter Hance, Danbury B, who lost 1:5
to Danbury C, Geoff Beavington, Gordon Gatheral and Dave Finlayson.
In the centre is League Vice Chairman John Skuse, umpire and trophy presenter.

Who says the Mixed KO Cup Final was the most attractive match of the week?
Apart from League Chairman Richard Hiskey (centre),
who acted as umpire and trophy presenter, it was an all Elmtree Graphics affair.
Our picture shows; Elmtree A, Terry Dowsett, Nicola Pippin and Chris Jacob,
who narrowly lost 4:5 to
Elmtree B, Ev Lucas, Melanie Bonnett and John Holland.

The last and certainly the most spectacular final was the Men's KO Final. Featuring Cris Sladden, Colin Marco and Tom Carr for Danbury, and David Cole, Ian Brown and Steve Kerns for ECC. Margaret Spurgeon the Competitions Secretary, holds the trophy in the centre and also umpired the match. In dramatic style ECC snatched the match 5:4
